. Participants who prefer the online presentation must choose the virtual
option during registration. After peer-reviewing process, all papers in English will be published in the Eurasia Proceedings of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics

" and "Current Studies in Basic Sciences, Engineering and Technology 2021
" published annually by ISRES Publishing
. Journal and book publications are completely free
for conference participants. Research articles are not accepted as book chapters. If conference participants wish to submit a book chapter, they should write about a theoretical topic in their field. After the annual books are published, they will be submitted to various databases (Scopus, web of science etc.) for indexing.
The aim of the conference is to bring together scholars, students, and administrators from different countries, and to discuss theoretical and practical issues in all fields of Gastronomy, Food and Nutrition
. Your prospective, valuable contributions on this field will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee and the ones approved to be presented will also be published in the Proceedings.
